Patatje Oorlog left a comment for Daisy YanSo, after 8 years Middle East covering Kuwait, UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), Qatar and Bahrein I landed a Job in China. Will be setting up a Golf-Course Clubhouse in China.
The recruitment procedure was slightly strange, but hey... an adventure is an adventure. Contract seems fine, ticket was purchased......adventure ahead.
Naturally first order of business is to contact some like-minded expats that will be able to inform, educate and cultivate me.

I am engaged in a small discussion regarding TCM, and I refuse to believe what I am hearing.
.
Chinese, multiple, are telling me TCM will not work on foreigners because, mainly, they are not Chinese. Don't breathe the same air, don't eat the same food, have different body-types and whatnot.
.

Baoji is a very beautiful city, especially in the countryside, there are big fruit trees and wheat fields, the earth smells good, you can walk on the country road, say hello to the cute grass and small flowers, the air is clean and smells good, birds and animals are friendly, you can release yourself, shout loudly in the wind, and the countryside people are friendly, everything is beautiful in the countryside.
Hi Patatje, where is Matthij? did you kill him?
Alan Yang said… I'm working for a commercial real estate development company as part of the senior management team. As you know companies in China don't always have a well-defined position, so I'm assisting the CEO to take care of everything...and I mean everything.
I see you're in the Gulf-course business, maybe our company can set up some type of association down the road to use your facility to cater certain clients =)
